一、如果企業(yè)是次進(jìn)口藥材的時(shí)候需要注意哪些問(wèn)題?
1、注意運(yùn)輸時(shí)效和儲(chǔ)存環(huán)境,不要出現(xiàn)發(fā)霉的現(xiàn)象
2、藥材清關(guān)時(shí)間一般是1-3天,但是收貨人收到貨物后一定不要直接使用,一定要等藥檢所把合格的檢測(cè)報(bào)告出具后才可以使用

2、《藥品經(jīng)營(yíng)許可證》或《藥品生產(chǎn)許可證》和《企業(yè)法人營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照》
3、原產(chǎn)地
4、購(gòu)貨合同
5、裝箱單、提運(yùn)單和貨運(yùn)
6、出廠檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告書(shū)
7、藥品中文說(shuō)明書(shū)及包裝、標(biāo)簽的式樣
8、《進(jìn)口藥品檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告書(shū)》和《進(jìn)口藥品通關(guān)單》
